Shipping
Chocolate melts and brittle softens. Our shipping season typically starts October 1st and runs thru May. YES – we do cold pack for an additional fee, but it requires that the order be shipped with a 1-2 day delivery. This can be expensive and frankly it may not be worth it for a small order. We do offer a Summer Delivery Program for geographically “close” volume buyers. If your store is located within 4 hours of Mechanicsburg, PA and if your order amount before shipping is $1000, we will deliver your order from May 15-October 1st at no charge. Call us to see if you qualify for our summer delivery program!
Samples
We realize that the cost to attend trade shows where product sampling happens has become cost prohibitive for many. Because we know that your customers will love our products if you offer them in your store, we have created a Wholesale Sample Box that you can purchase for a flat fee of $10.00 from September thru April each year. It includes several tasting samples and 2 current season “Best Seller” packaged products. You must be a registered wholesale customer to make this purchase.
